PROGRAMMING
LISTEN CLOSELY - The initial phase in the design process is getting to know the client and understanding their needs. Series of questions are asked to help define goals and objectives for their project.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
CURATING IDEAS – In the schematic design phase, space planning and furniture layouts are developed. Collect and research material, finishes, furniture styles and color palettes.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
FINE TUNE - In the design development phase we further develop and make final revisions to the chosen design scheme from the schematic design phase.
SPECIFICATIONS & DRAWINGS
PENCILS DOWN - At this stage, the design concept is complete. Next step is to assemble specifications and schedules for the purpose of communicating the design intent.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
TAKE SHAPE – This is the final phase where we ensure items are received in good condition, installed correctly, and that documents have been followed properly.

Therefore, throughout the year it is essential to attend multiple residential and hospitality trade shows to keep up to date on new products and ideas. In addition, attending CEU sessions are crucial as well to expand our knowledge. Together with the execution of our core principles, the final product is one that exceeds the client’s expectation.
